Location value for money AC was good

L’emplacement est super et l’hôtel très agréable. J’avais effectué un premier séjour dans cet hôtel sans problème.

Pour mon second séjour, l’hôtel m’a demandé d’annuler ma réservation à cause d’une fuite d’eau me disant qu’ils me rembourseraient. A mon retour en France, j’ai dû téléphoner à plusieurs reprises à l’hôtel - sans succès - et finalement j’ai dû appeler la plate-forme pour me faire rembourser, le remboursement a été effectué presque 3 semaines après 🤨🤨

It was a treat to spend the night in such a beautiful building! The staff was exceptionally friendly and gave us great stories and details about the history of the palace. The location is excellent to explore the heart of the city and be close to the rich nightlife, but it's also excellently placed for some quiet if one needs a good night's sleep.

The location is good, close to the old downtown bars and restaurants and everything we want.

The bathroom had a ugly smell from pipes. The elevator didn't work when we leave and had to carry all bags on the stairs. The street noise can be an issue but for us was okay.
