Perfect location for Old Town. Far enough away to not hear noise from bars, etc. Denisa was fantastic - very useful, friendly, and keen to help. Room was nice - large enough for three adults. No issues with facilities.

The hotel has potential and is in a good location, but addressing these issues would greatly improve the guest experience and encourage visitors like myself to return in the future.

I stayed at NF Palace Old City Bucharest for two nights and would like to share my experience. The hotel's location is convenient for exploring the Old Town, and the reception staff were helpful when I reported issues. However, there were several aspects of my stay that could be improved. Firstly, the main entrance did not appear to be well controlled or secure, which made me feel concerned about safety. During the night, I was woken by loud shouting and screaming in the building, and the noise spread throughout the hotel. It was unclear whether an unauthorised person had entered the premises, but the incident was unsettling. The room key was also very old-fashioned, and I believe a modern key card or touch-access system would provide better security and convenience for guests. There were several maintenance issues in the room. The kettle was not working on arrival and had to be replaced after I contacted reception. The replacement worked, although it needed to be switched off at the mains. The shower handle also came loose during use. In addition, the television channels were not functioning properly. Most channels were unavailable, and even BBC World News was not working. The room did not include complimentary tea, coffee, milk, or bottled water. While these are small items, they can make a significant difference to guests, particularly as there are not many nearby cafés for a quick refreshment. The towels provided on the first day did not appear particularly clean, although the towels supplied on the second day were noticeably better. Suggestions for improvement: • Upgrade room access to a modern key-card or touch-entry system. • Improve security and control of the main hotel entrance. • Provide complimentary tea, coffee, milk sachets, and bottled water in guest rooms. • Repair and maintain room facilities, including kettles, showers, and televisions. • Ensure towels and linens consistently meet cleanliness standards.
