The location and views were perfect! Decor was beautiful, even better than photos! Parking permit was a nice touch too.

Nothing,, was amazing

Beautiful flat in a perfect location. I could sit at the front watching the sea all day. The kitchen is a dream.

Great host, very reactive to questions. Location was beautiful with incredible views out to sea. Amenities to high standard and the comfiest bed I have slept in for a long time while travelling for work.

Issue with the boiler not working, however rectified swiftly by the host who was extremely apologetic. An excellent example of great customer experience, is when things go wrong and the host reacts as Jensen did. He was sincerely apologetic and got straight to action to rectify. I could not have asked for more. Great host, very accommodating, respectful and sincere.

Cold water sometimes that won’t get warm

King's Seafront Place was lovely, beautifully decorated, cozy and was like home from home. The location is fabulous with easy access to beaches and lots of lovely restaurants, coffee shops and pubs all within easy walking distance. Would highly recommend staying there.

A few heating issues but soon rectified with Jensen the host.

The location was perfect for us , and parking was easy. The kitchen is huge and so well equipped. Loved the living area: fab swivelling chairs in the bay window looked out over the sea. Any query we had was responded to very quickly by Jensen 👌🏻

The property manager/owners currently manage the heating levels and timings. Jensen was super responsive to our requests when we were trying to sort the heating, and we could turn some radiators off, but overall I'd far prefer to manage it ourselves. A minor blip on a lovely few days away with my daughter
