"Frustrating."

I like the room.

Most of the facilities doesn't work, no WIFI. Booking.com doesn't show that the building is under construction. Upon arrival, we want to cancel our stay but the staffs cannot do anything coz we did not book directly their website.

"A great place to relax, enjoy and to do adventure"

staffs are accomodating, the place is stunning and the beach is clear you need to prepare aqua shoes, there are a lot of stones in the sea and if you avail the package of island hopping, they will provide the snorkeling set , you will do kayak and learn how to use the paddle board, amazing view indeed and great adventure! I fell inlove under the sea while snorkelling. kudos to our tour guide who also took our great pics his name is emmanuel. He is very kind and sensitive to our needs. our family sure had a great time in bugana.

we stayed there for 2 nights, nobody initiates to clean our room and to change our towels. foods are pricey
