A great place over looking the whole camp site was wonderful as we had not passing cars

The sauna and steam room were a little smelly

Great view, light and spacious, everything we needed was there. The hot tub was perfect.

A bit of wear and tear but nothing to bother us at all

Loved the accommodation.

The bar and restaurant not for us as it was too much a part of the amusement arcade and games. No adult only bar. Reception was only open during “office hours”. The gym was also only open from 9am

All of it very friendly staff lovely places to stay and definitely will go back again very soon

Notting really

The accommodation was ok and ok acceptable ….disappointed being stuck right up the top when the lodges around us were empty all the time we were there. I was asked to lay £20 to check in an hour early but the receptionist said that I couldn’t park my car by the lodge as the cleaners couldn’t get in even though it was 3pm and I would have hoped it would have already been cleaned and there were no spaces by reception or down the roadway. I work in customer service myself and found her service to be very poor.

Attitude of staff both in reception and bar staff. The lack of good service and friendliness was evident unfortunately as well as common sense …why would I pay £20 to get into my lodge early but can’t park my car there !!

windows were filthy cleaning not up to standard furniture was dirty

Our stay at your lodge was amazing. It had everything we need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. We will definatly book again.
