Nice quiet location with everything you needed for a relaxing stay

It was quite a way from reception and the spa and it was right next to the place where all the cleaners and maintenance staff were based so a little noisy from very early

The space we had, the hot tub was always being checked on and clean.

The spa staff was very rough with my nails, went there for a gel manicure and she looked grumpy the whole time, didnt speak to me and basically ruined all my nails. The radiator was broken in bedroom, we couldn't turn it off snd it was too hot in our room. This should be checked before check in.

Nice location and very close to the gorge. Plenty of local restaurants, cafes and shops alongside exploring the gorge.

The lodge was of good size and plenty of amenities however the hot water was very poor and would go cold when running hot water.
