I came for the weekend of the 28th of November 25 where I was charged for 2 chalets but only booked 1 chalet 2 lots of money was taken from my account.Cheddar woods weve very helpful unfortunately booking.com wouldn’t credit my account so there was a empty chalet.Our weekend at Cheddar woods was relaxing,staff very helpful,chalets was spotless,loved it just upset that only booking for one chalets got charged twice.

We stayed in the Wedmore Premier and it was truly exceptional, plenty of space to enjoy some much needed family time with the big kids. Every member of staff we encountered were smiley and super helpful.

Staff are great, activities were fab and the site in general is a great place to go for families.

The lodge we stayed in was a bit tired. Had a mouldy wardobe, walls were peeling and generally just needed a bit of TLC

"Lodge initially looked nice however it has been well used and when I moved sofa has I dropped a pen under there the dust"

Spotless had everything you needed eautiful position

Nothing couldn’t get a refund I mistakenly booked 2 lodges tried to canel one but couldn’t
