Our heating was broken so we had 2 be moved so second cabin was lovely. Maintenance guy very helpful and friendly.

Staff a bit grumpy,first cabin really need a bit of TLC as pillow was dirty and bathroom, also blinds are broken so couldn't shut dawn.

Great location for Cheddar and Mendips (and hidden gem of Axbridge) Lodge was well equipped with loads of storage (except in kitchen area). Enjoyed pool and sauna - would definitely return

Traffic - cycling on roads near resort was scary, very busy even in November

Location is brilliant. The overall site is nicely presented and facilities are good.

The lodge smelled heavily of wet dog which sometimes can't be helped but some air fresheners left would of been nice. Our hot tub was also not ready for us to use on the 1st night. We reported it and they came out to put a submersible heater in but by the time this was taken out it was too late for us to use. Despite being told on the night that we would be entitled to some kind of compensation the manager in the morning said no.
