All the staff, especially the girls on the front desk, went above and beyond to help us in any way they could. I can't speak highly enough of how we were treated. The food and beverages were very good value for money. The majority of the people staying, there were a japanese, which suited us.Fine and we enjoyed that experience.

As with many hotels in japan, the beds were very hard and the pillows.Not tall enough. Whilst the food was good, it would have been nice to have more variety as dinner and breakfast was a bit like ground hog day, with the same things on the buffet every morning and night. That's said the food was all good. And although he stayed eight nights, we managed to mix it up.

Breakfast and dinner buffets featured a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes. My very hungry kids were very satisfied after a day of skiing! There are nice baths you can soak in so you don't have to spend extra time to go out to a public onsen -- which is especially nice when you're tired from all the skiing.

The walls are paper-thin and you could hear too much of the neighbor's noises.
