A big Japanese hotel which could do with a bit of love with it's decor. Location great if you wish to hit the slopes. A little hill down to the gondola. Onsen is lovely after a ski. Inside and outside baths, separate areas for men and women. Big fire and sofas in foyer (photos). Drying room for boots and lockers for skis. Rooms of a good size. Views are nice (photos). Breakfast ok; french pastry, yoghurt, fruit, cooked food. Dinner ok too but maybe for 1 night to try the beer tornado as could get samey.

Doors are thin and could hear noise in the corridor when trying to sleep.
