Расположение супер, ты вроде и в центе и в то же время в укромном тихом уголке. Возвращаясь вечером домой нас всегда встречала мать Карли, очень впечатляюще. В квартире есть все необходимое для проживания и питания. Кровать удобная, хороший отдых после насыщенного дня. Белье свежее. Хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Рядом идут строительные работы, но это никак не мешает.

Маленькое пожелание- добавить из посуды-кастрюлю и с телевизором было бы уютнее и веселее.

Poca luce nella casa

The owner let me check-in early and was attentive to my comfort during my stay. The apartment is very clean (brand new sponge at the kitchen sink 👌) and is located in the heart of the old city but there was no noise pollution.

It snowed while I stayed and as a result, the city water was off for several hours. (From my understanding, this is common). I don’t know if it’s related to the city, but the water pressure in the shower was nearly non-existent.

The location relative to the city is very good.

There was no hot water in the shower. The heating in the apartment didn't work some days and it was really cold. There was a very loud noise at night from the apartment next to us. The apartment is located inside a construction site, the entrance is not accessible for luggage.

Super friendly People. Simple yet super Amazing ! The location is just Amazing. Go out, torn to you left and see The Mother of Georgia Statue ! Everything is in walking distance ! I will be back !!

That i could not stay longer 🙈🙈

просто потрясающие апартаменты в самом центре. очень чисто, тихо, все новое, есть все необходимое, на кухне был даже гриль. за такую цену и с таким расположением - просто подарок. пожалела, что остановилась тут всего на две ночи. в следующий раз хотела бы вернуться именно сюда. напротив классный ресторан kneina, в минуте ходьбы круглосуточный spar. все достопримечательности тоже совсем рядом

в идеале добавить зеркало в полный рост, но это мелочи. в остальном все супер

The owner, Giorgi, and I had great communication before my arrival and throughout my 6 days stay. So getting into the apartment went smoothly. Apartment is very comfortable, has all the amenities needed and more. Bed is excellent. But one thing that stands above all is superb location.

Few minor things that didn’t bother me at all. I suggest to Giorgi to regularly inspect his apartments and fix small issues (like wobbly tap or toilet seat) before the issues become greater.
