всё понравилось. очень чисто, комфортно. местоположение шикарное, все рядом: кафе, рестораны, магазины, тц, достопримечательности. арендодатель отвечает быстро, всегда на связи

не хватает ночных штор или жалюзи.

Отдыхали в конце августа 2025 года. Расположение апартаментов отличное, сами апартаменты очень комфортные и функциональные. Если вернёмся в Тбилиси, то только сюда. Спасибо большое!

Everything was incredibly clean and all amenities you could think of were provided ! From coffee to an oven, microwave, ironing set.. everything ! Location is great, right in the middle of gorgeous Old Tbilisi. It has its own spacious balcony and the room itself is also quite large. The air conditioning is a life saver if you're coming in summer ! The bed and sofa were both very comfortable too. 10/10

Не очень сильный сигнал WiFi.

We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights. All was comfortable for a family of 3 people. The sofa unfolds. The conditioner functions well. The internet (wi-fi) is fast. Shampoo, shower gel and soap were provided. Wet clothes can be hung outside after washing. There comes very little light from the street, but therefore it is not hot inside. The place is hidden from crowded noisy streets, while being in the very center of Tbilisi. There are many shops and cafes nearby, and a big Carrefour within 15 minutes walk. The owner of the apartment is polite and friendly and is always available to answer questions if there are any. We enjoyed the vacation, thank you! We would definitely come back to this apartment when in Tbilisi again.

Современная, тихая, уютна квартира на двоих. В тихом Тбилисском дворике, с местными жителями. Рядом улица с кафе, 5 мин. до площади Свободы.

Very nice apartment, the location is great (I recommend dining in Kneina), also I appreciated that it's not much sunlight coming in (which was good for me) and very quiet. I would stay again!

The floor could have been cleaner, - it seems the floor was not washed before my stay, because my socks turned dirty after walking around the apt and I had to put flipflops on. Also there was a problem with hot water but the administrator helped very quickly with that

Wonderful apartment. Recently renovated, everything is fresh and well equipped. I love to cook breakfast, it is so nice that there is everything for cooking, even an oven if you want to bake something. There is a Turk for coffee, I love coffee from a Turk. There is everything for washing, dishes and all sorts of nice little things. We lived for 10 days and did not need anything. The location is excellent, you live in the very center, but in absolute silence. Literally 1 minute and the street with restaurants and bars begins. There are many grocery stores, currency exchange offices nearby, banks are 5 minutes away, as well as the subway. Giorgi is very friendly and helpful. He constantly asked what we needed, helped with any question, helped keep my luggage after check-out, since I had a late flight. I 100% recommend this apartment, I will rent it next time.
