old city house

Excellent location in the centre of Tblisi close to all the main tourist sights. The apartment was extremely modern and clean and well equipped. The host was very pleasant and always quick to respond to any queries I had. I would definitely stay again.

The apartment is located in a very quiet local courtyard. The Freedom Square & most of the landmarks are only 10 min walk away, my favorite type of evenings was to sit at Lado Gudiashvili square across the road and watch the liveliness of the surroundings. Pluses: comfortable bed, private balcony, all necessities (from large fridge that is not common for some rental flats to dishwasher). For me was also a nice touch to have Turkish coffeemaker and some salt& sugar available at the check in (I was even lucky to find leftover coffee beans from previous guests and made coffee after night flight). The host Giorgi is very friendly and accommodating. Would enjoy to come back and stay longer!

Old town, clean

Расположение супер, ты вроде и в центе и в то же время в укромном тихом уголке. Возвращаясь вечером домой нас всегда встречала мать Карли, очень впечатляюще. В квартире есть все необходимое для проживания и питания. Кровать удобная, хороший отдых после насыщенного дня. Белье свежее. Хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Рядом идут строительные работы, но это никак не мешает.

Маленькое пожелание- добавить из посуды-кастрюлю и с телевизором было бы уютнее и веселее.

Poca luce nella casa

The owner let me check-in early and was attentive to my comfort during my stay. The apartment is very clean (brand new sponge at the kitchen sink 👌) and is located in the heart of the old city but there was no noise pollution.

It snowed while I stayed and as a result, the city water was off for several hours. (From my understanding, this is common). I don’t know if it’s related to the city, but the water pressure in the shower was nearly non-existent.

The location relative to the city is very good.

There was no hot water in the shower. The heating in the apartment didn't work some days and it was really cold. There was a very loud noise at night from the apartment next to us. The apartment is located inside a construction site, the entrance is not accessible for luggage.

Super friendly People. Simple yet super Amazing ! The location is just Amazing. Go out, torn to you left and see The Mother of Georgia Statue ! Everything is in walking distance ! I will be back !!
