"It was satisfying, suggestions are only to improve."

It is OK. Since there are only 2 or 3 rooms and very limited number of guests they also can not make buffet like breakfast, served in other regular hotels.

Owner stays.upstairs and only a boy is available. If owner also sit in the lobby for few hours a day it would be better. Of course, he gets the things done if we ring up. He is quite responsive, but his physical presence in the lobby would be better.
