Room boy training not adequate

Room boy sleeping in the main hall when guests present that's really annoying

Queens home Stay is value for money. Everything is good, except few things like care taker Mr. Mahinder was good, but not very much co-operative. Advising Mr. Anoop, owner of this property to fix a AC in common room also. Having 3 bedrooms, other two rooms were also occupied by two other guests. Bed rooms are specious n well maintained. When asked caretaker to provide 2 bottle of drinking water (500ml only) as we are two persons, he told only one bottle per room(for two persons for 24 hrs), refused to provide toilet paper roll n stopped to see terrace (as mentioned in facilities providing, as some repair work is going on, as per him). B/fast is included in pkg. It's Owner, Mr. Anoop is very much co-operative n well behaved person. We recommend to visitors to book this property in their next visit.

It's common room's TV unit is not working, common room was too hot. There is no AC in common room, only in one corner wall mounted fan is working, which covers only very limited area.

Location is good, breakfast was great. Anoop was very approachable and he corrected small problems we had. We could cook on kitchen. Over all was good stay
