loved everything about this little place, was so cosy and the bed was the comfiest bed weve ever stayed in,, hot tub was already turned on for our arrival, had everything you could need for your stay. The room was cold when we arrived but the heater was easy to use and soon warmed the room up. the room also has WiFi, even though it states on here that it doesn't. we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend and will probably be back again in the future.

Not much lighting around the hottub. Somewhere to sit inside the lodge like a little arm chair or two seater

Very clean and cosy. Perfect kitchen utilities/equipment. 10 minute drive to Durham centre. Very comfortable bed. Free and easy parking. Ideal for a couple of nights.

Not made for tall people (front door + shower). Front door very stiff to open and close. Hot water tap in kitchen did not work. Lay Z Spa hot tub took at least 10 hours to heat up (put it on as soon as you arrive!!!!). Tiniest sink we have ever seen in bathroom and smells like mould in there.

Loved the location and the entire little cabin. Great parking and strong Wifi. The hot tub was a great addition! Comfy bed had a great nights sleep.

The toilet seat was far too small for the toilet, it needed changing. There was some black mould in the bathroom silicone, could probably do with some more ventilation in there. The hot tub was great but there was no instructions on how to use it, I had to watch a YouTube video, simple instructions could be added to the welcome folder. The doors to the cabin were a little stiff and hard to close. There was also only one key for the door which didn't open the second patio door. I would of loved to of used the fire pit but there was no kindling wood left in the honesty box.

Arrived at designated check in time and walked into room not been cleaned, had to wait 40 mins after check in time for a cleaner to have been and cleaned
