The view and location were great. Checking in on arrival was very good.Owner kept in contact by tel. He was there when we arrived and let us in although check in was 4pm and we arrived at 11am.

The noisy doors.Doors in the bedroom very noisy .Maybe needs a wee bit of attention. The shower cabinet could have been cleaner but I purchased cleaner at supermarket and made some improvement. The toilet in where the washing machine is definitely requires attention.It’s not very nice but there are another 2 toilets so we didn’t have to use it.

The location was excellent, the apartment was large comfortable with incredible views. Maria the property owner was so kind bringing us Italian treats to try and was really helpful

There was nothing wrong with the property, what would have been helpful would have been a book with things like instructions on how to use the air conditioning and emergency numbers for doctors police or fire service. Where is the nearest hospital etc

Had a great time exploring Olbia' Michele was excellent We had a late flight home and we were able to stay in apartment for the day which was amazing' would highly recommend this apartment' it was home from home

All good ' nothing bad to say

Location is perfect, in center of Olbia. Appartment is spacious and has really everything you need with the best view! Even parking place was provided to us. Host was amazing, really supportive and friendly, he gave us some really good advices and suggestions that we have followed.

Michele was exceptional in managing our check-in, allowing us to arrive early with great communication throughout. The apartment exceeded our expectations; it was even better than the photographs suggested. It was superbly equipped, offering breathtaking views and a location convenient to both supermarkets and the airport—just a 6-minute drive. Parking was hassle-free, located only a 3-minute walk from the flat. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything one could need. Overall, a stellar experience!
