We had an amazing stay in this appartment, the hosts were very kind and help us on everything ! The appartment is fabulous we found all the furnitures and everything clean ! The balcony sea view is amazing ! Thank you very much Michele i will recommand this appatment to everyone !

The location is perfect; you are within 10-15 minutes walk from the train station and literally 2 turns right away from the city centre which is about 5 minutes walk. A supermarket is 300 metre away and bus stops are reachable within 5-10 minutes. Marvellous view almost all over the city, it is above all the rooftops of the nearest houses, as the apartment is located in the tower block; If you want to sit on the balcony and enjoy a sip of coffee, or the beverage of your choice, then you'll have to reckon with the traffic noise coming from the motorway down there. This bothered us not at all, so that we could enjoy sunrise over the sea from the balcony as well as ferry boats coming to and leaving the harbour which is also not far away, but you can also see enough of the nature: sea, mountains (and sunset over the mountains from the bedrooms' windows). All in all we enjoyed everything. Michele and Maria Vittoria were highly helpful and hospitable people who responded to our questions very quickly. Thank you for this. If we visit Olbia once again, we'll definitely stay at Michele's and Maria Vittoria's apartment.
