"Drama, ruim een uur zitten wachten op een oplossing die niet kwam"

Ze hebben een dubbele booking gedaan, en willen geen ander hotel voor ons zoeken en ook niet ons geld terug geven

Ze hadden de kamer twee keer overboekt zodat we er geen gebruik van konden maken

"My stay was marred by these few incidents and many guests were smoking weed around the swimming pool"

Location

Shower water luke warm or cold. Room was not clean on a daily basis. Every two days I have to remind reception to send someone to change the bedsheets and general cleaning. I had some altercations with the reception regarding the type of rooms. I booked a standard room with aircondition. But the reception insisted the room I booked is a fan room. He even showed me that Booking. Com booked me into Economy. And was adamant that Economy was fan room. I checked the website and there was no Economy category. Only when I told the reception that I will make a report that he reluctantly gave me the Standard aircon room. If Booking. Com has stated the room I booked is Standard instead of Economy, this issue will not have arised.
