The pool

I booked this hotel for 9 nights but did not stay even one night. The entrance and garden look maintained, but the room itself was in very poor condition. The walls had visible cracks and had not been painted for years. The furniture was old, the wardrobe door could not be opened, and the air conditioner did not work properly. It seemed the staff was aware of this because there was also a fan in the room. The bed was very old, and every spring could be felt. The main issue was the mold. The room and bathroom were full of it. The shower area had mold on the tiles, the faucets had rust and corrosion, and even the shower head — the part where the water comes out — was covered with mold. There was hot water, but due to the mold on the shower handle, I did not feel safe using it. Because of these conditions, I immediately found another hotel and checked out the same day I arrived. I contacted the property several times requesting at least a partial refund. Each time, I only received the same automatic message saying they would contact me within 24 hours, but no one ever contacted me.
