Home was cute and clean

The people in the other unit next door bang all day constantly. like they're chopping wood or something. it's terribly annoying

Full kitchen is so nice to have. There are many cooking pots to use. Toaster, fridge , kettle, board games etc., all of these make the stay more relaxing. Fully equiped restrooms, netflix subscription and no cleaning fees.

The heating system in the home, heats the rooms unevenly. Main entrance should have a manual dead bolt, so the guests can lock from inside, along with the number lock.

Couldn't find the address very easy

the host made it very easy and texted me the code before I arrived so it was easy to get in. Plenty of parking and easy to unload my luggage as well. The apartment is very well done, spacious and the location gives one walking access to loads of restaurants and shops off Colorado St. The kitchen had everything I needed to make my meals and the entire place was very clean. I also appreciated the use of Netflix during my stay. The host was super responsive and easy to work with so I would happily stay here again.

Lovely comfortable spacious apartment. Ample comfortable seating, easy to relax. Distinctive style of furniture and furnishings including a tree which enhanced the main room. Short walk from main street with many restaurants. Ground floor, easy access, garden furniture, off road parking, quiet neighbourhood.

Property seemed a little dated. Outside lawn furniture needs replaced.

Excellent location for our purpose and attractions. Charming decor. Great communication with owner. Great value.

Outer front door was difficult to open from inside.

It was a great place and conveniently located to the Garden of the Gods and old Colorado Springs downtown.

The only thing I didn't like was the cleaning fee of $50. and taxes which almost doubled the price on the website. Full disclose on the front page when you're browsing locations would be preferable! Marriott does that on their app. Bottom line price is what you see.
