I couldn’t believe how much it felt like home. It was comfortable and peaceful.

There was nothing bad to say.

The house was lovely and very comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable, great location for good restaurants and bars. Close to business needs for us, as well.

The charming character of the spacious home and its location in a cozy neighborhood that was still convenient to everything in the city were perfect for our unexpectedly tumultuous adventure. There was a massive winter storm, and we had driven all day and night to arrive in almost two feet of snow around 1:30 a.m. local time and let ourselves in using the code before collapsing into bed. Mila is a wonderful host, and when an issue with the shower arose the next day (a total fluke -- the "crystal" ball-style shower handle broke off in one of our hands when we turned on the otherwise good shower), she and her equally friendly adult son were immediately responsive to text and carefully made their journey through the accumulated snow (which had closed several roads and highways) to come and fix the problem, having promised to give us an adjacent home on the property if they couldn't fix it, AND giving us our choice of late checkout or an extra night's stay FREE for our (very minimal, honestly) troubles. Then they cleared the driveway of snow and made sure we would have access to the adjacent home in case of any storm-related impacts. Top notch care for guests. I would 100% recommend Mila and her properties.

I think the winter storm prevented the level of cleaning they usually have done from occurring, such that there were hairs (seemingly human and pet) on some of the otherwise seemingly clean linens and things. Since we had access to laundry, if it had bothered us, we could have tossed them in the wash.

Property exactly as described and very well equipped. Very comfortable. Situated in a lovely quiet part of old Colorado Springs just a few minutes walk from a wonderful coffee shop. Beautiful views of the mountains.

There was really nothing we didn’t like about the property.

The apartment was within easy walking distance of many attractions in Old Colorado City, I was attending the Two Faces West performance at Mother Muffs and it was only five minutes away, walking. The apartment was exceptionally clean and appliances were generally new. I like the TV services available as well.

I have back issues, so generally, mattresses are not as comfortable as home; however, the bed in the apartment was better than average.

nice clean quiet
