Food is bursting with flavour, not to mention the presentation. Heartfelt hospitality from everyone present there. A pleasure meeting the owners.

A Truly Disappointing End to What Started So Well I booked this getaway at a particularly stressful time, hoping for a quiet, cozy retreat to relax and reset. The place started off perfectly: it's warm and inviting, and the food is great. Unfortunately, the experience quickly deteriorated into a sleepless disappointing night that completely defeated the purpose of my trip. My first issue was the lack of supervision at check-in during a heatwave. No one confirmed I had a fan for my room - in fact no body did any room orientation. Forced to keep the windows open for a breeze, I then discovered the staff had failed to switch off the hallway light and a water fountain right outside. The result was blinding lights shone directly into my eyes, and the sound of drip-drip-drip of water was torture. With the windows open, the noise and light were inescapable; closing them would have turned the room into an oven. I didn't sleep a wink. I complained the next morning, and my concerns were met with apparent care. The owner himself apologized and owned up to their responsibility. However, this acknowledgment wasn't translated into meaningful action. I was offered an extra night, which I couldn't accept as I had a trip the next day. Given that I had just endured a night that cost over $200 USD—on top of the $80 I paid for transportation—for absolutely no rest, I asked for a discount on the room. I hadn't even paid the bill yet, so a gesture of goodwill would have been the professional and logical solution. They refused. Instead, they promised a gift voucher for a future night, saying they would send it via email or WhatsApp. They never did. I followed up a few days later, and instead for apologizing for the delay, i was told dismissively they would follow with someone after they finish the weekend frenzy. It's now been over a week, and I have received nothing. This place is good only as long as nothing goes wrong.

It was a great experience at La Maison des Sources. We spent one night there and we enjoyed every moment. The place is amazing and the food is super delicious. The team is very friendly and Hanin is a great host and she was very helpful and made sure to take care of every single detail of our stay. She made the experience even more memorable.
