The place was clean, I got assisted on all I requested, everything was exceptional. I am very happy.

The shower, the taps only worked one way. Cold or hot. You cant mix the water to lukewarm.

Very nice property, the location is perfect and check in was easy. Comfortable beds, good wifi and everything we needed for a perfect stay. The hosts were very nice. We would have loved to stay longer, I really recommend it.

Location, easy to access

The private pool at the cottage was super dirty; it's like it hasn't been used for years. The whole property is not well maintained. We kept on asking the person to clean the main swimming pool whenever we wanted to use it. On our checkout day the lady who cleans asks us to clean the property before we leave, or we should give her R200 for her to clean for us. We refused, as none of this was mentioned when we checked in or in their rules. After an hour we received a message that there are things that are damaged, which was not true. When we stood up for ourselves, they came back and said we broke the plate and we must pay R50 for that. And they kept on saying that we paid very little, yet we paid what bookings.com charged us.

The kids love the swimming pool and the pool table, WiFi is good and it's dog friendly. The unit is spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful.
