The fact the under floor heating would not work the one in lounge wouldn’t even click to come on and one in hall did click to say it was on but always cold, lucky there was heaters in cupboard. We payed a lot more for 601 and 207 was far nicer as they say you live and learn 😞😞

The location was great. It’s just a short walk to the main areas of York. The views were spectacular.

It was difficult to access the property but we got there in the end.

Location was fantastic, incredible views of the York skyline. Very high standard of accommodation would highly recommend. Nice to have car parking facilities too, although didn't need them for this visit.

Struggled initially to get into main door and concierge paid no attention to our challenges, however another resident commented the button could be a bit sticky and paid better care to ensure button pressed.

Close to city centre, parking included. Apartment had amazing views and was plants big enough for 4 people

Lacking some TLC, drinking glasses had sets of 3 not 4 (assume there were previous breakages), insufficient cleaning products - no dishwasher tabs or toilet cleaner, but these were minor points and didn’t significantly impact our stay

Perfect apartment, in a great location. Ideal for a relaxing stay in York
