Amazing views. Decor was lovely. Spacious and clean.

Instructions to find the property were very unclear. No clear signage for visitors new to the area. Once inside very complicated to locate keys. We helped two other new tenants just by chance in our few days stay who were equally unable to gain entry or find their key cupboard. Better instructions for washer-dryer would also be helpful. Perhaps a summary of the manual would help.

Good quality accommodation with amazing views.

Access instructions for the property seemed incorrect. Everyone new seemed to be having trouble. Not helped by the concierge being off sick!

Stayed as a special birthday treat and I wanted something central. The apartment did not disappoint. Very spacious, clean and modern with everything you would need. Easy to check in and great to have parking. Toiletries left plus tea, coffee, milk etc. Great views from the living area in all directions. Beds very comfy. There was no noise and block nice and quiet - we stayed mid week. The location is great, just a few mins to start of shops, Jorvik Viking centre and the bottom of the Shambles. Loads of places to eat - we can recommend Ambiente (tapas) and Trio (Turkish). There are express supermarkets plus m&s food near if you wanted to stock up. We did lots of wandering. A few mins to the shopping area and the Shambles, about 10 mins to the Minster. Communication was very good and all details re access clear. The concierge in for the apartments was really helpful when we needed to locate rubbish chute but no issues. All safe and secure too.

Nothing. Just a note - to park you need to pull up and get relevant passes keys etc before you can drive in. There is a little bit of space at the gate but not much so okay if you’re quick. There is on street parking outside if needed (paid).

The property is lovely. Very clean, beautifully furnished and so convenient for the centre of York. I would certainly recommend it to anyone and my husband and I would visit again without hesitation. The communications leading up to our stay were 10/10.

Fob for gate didn't work draw on bed was broken stains on the carpets Fridge, kettle, toaster and windows were dirty Only 1 wine glass Lamp had broken glass shade Couldn't use coffee machine till I'd done a descale which took around 1 hour, and 20 mins of watching a YouTube video Couldn't use the oven as it needed to complete a self clean before use Under the beds had not been vacuumed

The apartment was absolutely stunning! The location and view were incredible and the apartment was spotlessly clean.
