Hygiene standards could be better This property needs a deep clean There was black mould in the shower room and the toilet was blocked on arrival in the shower room

The open plan kitchen/ lounge was great and has amazing views.

The location was perfect, and within walking distance of the shops, restaurants and key attractions. The view was brilliant and the concierge very friendly and helpful. Good, secure parking. The staff at City Lets were also very friendly and helpful.

Nothing. We were there for a short relaxing break and everyone concerned ensured that we got what we came for. No complaints at all.

Most amazing views And stunning property

The apartment's views are SUPERB. The apartment as a whole is very comfortable, stylish, with huge windows and great light. The location is terrific--close to food, shopping, and the museums, York Minster, medieval walls, and the historic town center. The management was also helpful and responsive when we needed to extend our stay unexpectedly. All in all, this was a truly great experience.
