Living room bed mattress was not very comfortable There was no milk or spices in the kitchen

The house is beautiful and all of the furnishings are lovely. I really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and the beautiful back garden and hot tub. The property is also in a great location for all of the activities that Rotorua has to offer

Great modern property with a functioning jacuzzi, large screen TV with netflix, 3 spacious bedrooms (enough to sleep 6 people), and 2 very modern bathrooms (a huge shower in the guest bathroom). We loved the modern kitchen (with cutlery, plates and some basic cooking items included), the comfortable beds, the addition of board games (including monopoly!) and the washing machine/dryer. The property is in a nice quiet street.

The signage to the property from the street is a little tricky to find but easy enough once you've found it once.

My family and I had an amazing time! Beautlful whanau home and space! Had so much room for our kids! So comfortable clean and so warm🥰 thank you so much! Worth the price! And worth our first time experience in Rotorua! We will be back!

The open floor plan and also the name of it really suits the place. It is really indeed “All In” - everything is there and available. 👍🏻
