The location suited us no problem as we were late booking for an event weekend in Rotorua. Only takes 10 minutes to get into town even though property is located near the outskirts . Nice quiet suburban neighbourhood. Close to Te Puia , and easy to get around everywhere. Down a long driveway so off the road.

Not sure - property exceeded all expectations . Pretty much everything was new bar the lounge furniture and some kitchenware but everything was functional and comfortable and I'm sure will be upgraded in time . Beds new . Nice clean linen, towels etc. Toiletries supplied . BBQ new
