Ocean Annie's Resorts

I liked my baggage guy James who stayed on the staff to get my room ready.

Check in is at 4pm. I got there at 4 and had to wait 3hrs for my room to be cleaned when I reserved the room over a week prior. I get to my room and it is soaked floors and all surfaces. It looked like same rag cleaned the floor and all counter tops and tables. There was other peoples hair all over. The tiles were falling off the walls in the bathroom that had multi colored mold behind it including black. Other tiles on floor to wall also falling. The room was not what was advertised and was utterly disgusting. I had to get a brand new coffee pot. The one in the room was too dirty and gross to try and clean. Hotel said they will give be $100 refund for my 2 night stay. I am still waiting for that refund to post. My reservation was June 22-24th 2026. MY ADVICE... LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL. This is an outdated gross.. VERY DIRTY so called Resort!

The condo was hideous. Condo 735 oceanfront building My grandbabies knees and hands were black from the filthy floor. The entire condo was dirty, dusty, sandy and nasty. There was one couch. No livingroom chairs or loveseat of any kind. This unit was not cleaned. There were no dishes..literally 2 plates in a room thats suppose to accommodate 6 people and have a full kitchen. Housekeeping had an attitude when I reported no dishes in the room, but they did bring dishes to the room. Asked for towels the 2nd morning..received them the night before we checked out Windows and appliances were nasty, sticky and covered with fingerprints and old food. Dishwasher ddnt work. Shower nasty and covered with sand. Bathroom counters and kitchen counters were filthy nasty. We were only there for a long weekend and just dealt with it and cleaned ourselves. Ocean was beautiful. Resort was nice. Front Desk staff were nice. Dont stay in condo 735 oceanfront building

location was great.ocesn front balcony was great.

It was very dirty, cleaning is not a priority. The bed sheet we dirty. The floors were dirty. There is a beautiful ocean view from bedroom but the windows were so dirty you can't really see through.
