The girl who asked to braid my fisnces hair then charged her afterwards and she worked for the hotel. Should of told her up front it cost something

I like thee location and the pool, and lazy river.

The whole place needs updating. Needs new carpet in halls and a deep clean..

bar, Windows and Sandals is GREAT!!!! hours are not friendly for customers..... the problems were mostly THE ROOM....view was good, but... THE PHONE IN THE ROOM DID NOT WORK!!! there were NO supplies for kitchen, ( dish soap, paper towels, dish towels, sponge) The DRYER was broken, No washer detergent, I only had 3 forks...... 200 spoons, we had a family and friends 4 day vaca for the 1st time at THIS location. WE will return for the Windows, Sandals and Tiki bar, but NOT the rooms.

The atmosphere was great. The food at River City Cafe was phenomenal. The staff at Ocean Annie's was wonderful.

The rooms were not real clean. The floors were dirty hair in on the bathroom floors . And behind the dressers and nightstands were very dirty. Could definitely use a GOOD cleaning in the rooms.
