INWe loved the location the most. Ideally located to all the places we wanted to visit. We were able to walk to every place we wanted to see and enjoy the city as a local. The room is so cute that gives you the feel of a typical traditional Japanese home.
FR8/10 because the staff was very nice and friendly, then the food from the restaurant was simple but very good and tasty. My mattress was quite comfortable.
This is not a really nice place to stay as a hotel or a youth hostel, it should be more considered as a guest house managed by a private owner even if not applicable. The kitchen and the living room are not suitable for a lot of people... but again I personally really enjoyed my time there because I was able to adapt. I believe this place is very nice for a group of friends but not for individual traveller...

DEJust the location.
We did expect a dirty location, but not like this. Everything was dirty and in really bad shape. The kitchen facilities didn’t work (microwave, stove etc.). We just stayed there, because we had no other option since it was New Years. Luckily a really good Onsen was around the corner. Please consider a different hostel (like K’s House) and don’t make the same mistake like us.
