The Castle Inn

I liked everything else about my stay.. food was amazing, staff very friendly.

I was fast asleep and the people staying in the room next-door come back around 1am making such a noise and slamming the bedroom door about 20 times, woke me up, then couldn't get back to sleep.

No breakfast option. Shower didn’t work properly. Room done out very nicely but you have to walk past an old caravan and an overflowing drain to get to the accommodation.

The shower not working. The water was scolding or freezing.

Room was fine

Stairs were difficult for my friend but we managed with exceptional help from your staff.

Friendly and welcoming hotel run to a high standard. Spacious rooms with a fantastic restaurant and bar on the grounds. Ample parking also. Fantastic value for money compared to other more know brands in the area. I would definitely stay again.

The location felt a tad isolated although it is not a very busy area anyway. Having a vehicle felt like a necessity.
