아침식사가 맛있고 가격대비 품질이 좋았어요, 거리고 걸어 갈 수있을만한 거리고요 (2분), 앞에 바닷가도 보였습니다. 주변 조식을 먹을만한데가 많이 없어서 만약 이 호텔 묵으신다면 조식은 꼭 하시길 추천드려요.

If you’re looking for a more chill stay, away from the city centre, then this place is perfect!! It’s still a quick and cheap Grab ride to the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful - we booked all our tickets and tours through them. The hotel has an app where you can communicate with reception very easily and they’re super responsive. The breakfast until 2pm was the highlight. It’s not a buffet but a very varied à la carte menu. Great place to relax and chill.

The sailing club is a total vibe and the place to be - but it gets realllllly busy (at least during peak season). No preference is given to hotel guests. There are limited loungers (about 10) so don’t expect you’ll get one. But the beach is right in front as a back up option.

Great location Clean and charming Friendly professional staff

The rooms are clean.

The location. The pool and their restaurant is like 5mins walk (it’s in a different location) and it is shared by the closeby hotels. Pool is always busy. My husband left his Amex card & put a USD 100 cash (both as a deposit) so they wont deduct his card right away as we plan to pay our food&drinks at the end of our stay all together. Despite leaving the card and a cash we were told at the restaurant that we did not put a deposit. My husband has to show a picture as a proof that he left his card and a cash on the reception as a deposit. This gave us a bad taste alreadty. On our check out day, we left our luggages in the reception so we can have breakfast and I asked the receptionist if the tote bag can be taken home, he said “No” so I gave it to him. After breakfast while waiting for our grab my husband got asked where is the tote bag, my husband was so confused and he said “I dont know” We are travelling with our baby and we have another city to visit before we go back to our home country .. and the only way for her to sleep is we use a bouncy ball/gym ball. We had breakfast for like 40 mins or more but they did not inform us that we left the inflated bouncy ball. That big ball in the room, they did not even dare to inform us that we forgot it. However, they have the audacity to asked about the tote bag?!! We stayed for 4 days and it wasn’t a nice experience, with some of the staff who are just working with a straight face… Never in my life i thought i would leave a bad review on this platform. We’ve been to Sapa and Hanoi prior going to Phu Quoc and the locals on the first places that we’ve been are much more welcoming and accomodating.

The SAILING CLUB was our favorite thing. The pool, breakfast, staff were top-notch! We LOVED it. The food was amazing, breakfast is made to order including fresh smoothies and juices for you. It was really exceptional. We spent more of our days by the pool than on the beach because the loungers were so comfortable and pool was refreshing. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. It had 3 small balconies and overlooked the promenade and beach. The front office staff were very sweet and accommodating.

Our room was located on the far end of the property and adjoined a small local fishing village where the music was a bit loud at times. This entire village of buildings looks to still be under construction. It feels a bit dystopian. It is all new but empty? It feels like "if you build it they will come" but no one has come yet... There is a ton of large construction sites on your way in that looks to be an upcoming waterpark and other large attractions. Our assumption is that the entire area is being built up for when this all comes to fruition. Right now it just feels a bit in flux.

O pequeno almoço é muito bom , mas não é em sistema de buffet.
