Soul Boutique Hotel Phu Quoc

Hôtel design, situé dans un complexe proche de la mer. Le personnel parle très bien anglais et est très serviable. Petit déjeuner (1 plat copieux au choix et 3 boissons au choix) très bon, à prendre à côté de la piscine. Bus gratuit pour aller à l’aéroport, intéressant selon l’heure du vol. Salle de jeux mis à disposition Cependant pour les déjeuners / dîners, nous avons trouvé cela un peu cher.

Localisation un peu éloigné du centre ville de Phu Quoc. Vous ne pouvez pas y aller à pied il vous faut donc louer un scooter ou prendre un GRAB. Nous y avons été en novembre et nous avons trouvé cela très calme, le complexe hôtelier est grand mais beaucoup de locaux restent inoccupés. Autrement l’hôtel en soit est bien, simplement nous n’avons pas plus aimé que ça l’île.

It’s a wonderful boutique hotel. Great design, spacious rooms, clean and trendy. There are even fresh beach towels, decent flipflops available and a bag available. As well the free to rent bicycles to explore the area. The availability of all the facilities and 3 pools is amazing. We even took a pickleball training. The staff is very kind and helpful! Breakfast is really delicious!

Unfortunately there was Ironman. The pool at the restaurant had no view and there was a lot of noise. It would be appreciated if we had be informed om forehand.

A szállás és a személyzet is csodálatos volt. Nem beszélve a személyzet kedvességétről, a szállás tisztaságáról és jó elhelyezkedéséről. Az applikáció egy nagyon innovatív és jól működő segítség volt.

Nem volt semmi negatívum.

Veľmi príjemný hotel

We had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was so clean and well taken care of. The beach is right in front of the hotel, soft white sand, clear water, and comfortable sunbeds where you could just relax. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options to choose from. The staff is very nice and helpful. After we checked out, we got a message from the hotel staff that we forgot a jewellery bag, so I could come back and get it, and it was a great gesture from them. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I loved everything about this establishment, from the special scent that welcomes you as you step in, to the comfortable beds, and ice cream - try the Vietnamese Fish sauce flavour. I wish I had stayed for longer. The service is also impeccable, reception was always helpful and responded promptly. I would come back over and over again!

The room service, when you message there is no acknowledgement/ response. I'd always have to ask reception to confirm if the order was received etc.
