"The receptionist called Andre is so hot"

The receptionist called Andre is really hot ngl, very considerate and professional. Good looking, good service and even better biceps, a must see view at Phu Quoc Island and this hotel. Pls normalize the fact we need more beautiful creatures who are easy on the eyes.

All my complains are gone when you see a hot, considerable receptionist at the hotel

Free upgrade to a room with balcony facing the sea. Two free coupons for ice cream (rocky mint was super good). Binh and his team of male staff were very helpful and patient. Room was cosy and clean and comfortable. Breakfast at Sailing Club was sumptuous and really worth it. Free water dispenser in the common area. There are a few minimarts (not super well stocked though) and massage places nearby.

Housekeeping rang my bell for several days at 8am/10am despite me having indicated in the app to do housekeeping at 2:30pm. Disturbed my sleep. Even after telling the reception to remind the housekeeping, they still rang the bell the next day morning. One morning, a nearby compound started a music/karaoke session at 9am! It was super loud and lasted for several hours. Swimming pool was a little inconvenient to use as it was not in the same compound. Not convenient to use the gym and second pool as well, as they were in another compound only accessible via shuttle bus (which only ran hourly and last bus was around 9pm). Location is right by the sea and super chill, but would need to grab to get to places like sunset town. Might be good to stay for one trip but will explore other accoms for subsequent trips.

The staff was absolutely incredible, they add 2 stars automatically to the score, Binh, andre, Thu and Hoa absoloutely great service everytime. Great and spacious even for the smallest room. Comfy bed , modern bathroom. The bicycle hiring is a nice touch, the beach is down the road, the breakfast by the sailing club is awesome.

Well, the construction noise. the building seems to almost be finished, so hopefully it'll be finished very soon.
