Absolutely beautiful neat and clean

I reported a lost item from the unit, of which it was said it will be couried back to me only to find out yesterday they are not responsible for lost items as they do get so many customers I feel this is unfair. Customers should be kept liable when they take goods that are not theirs. I have been a loyal customer for years and feel this is unacceptable to begin with.

There was no coffee, tea or sugar - I let the host know and they advised they will send someone to come, nobody ever came. The place looks nothing like the pictures The windows were so dirty we had to wash it ourselves in order to enjoy the view. Wish we never booked here.

Always a pleasure to stay here, clean and cosy.

Microwave needs an upgrade

To book in took two hours, centre manager Mr Bryce not at all helpfull. No wi fi available. Bed base was broken, two slats out of bed, very uncomfortable.
