heater and mop missing, as weather was very cold and rainy, elec + water needs to be loaded before visit proper as it run out, but was helped to load again quickly

we only received one towel, I messaged and asked if we could have another towel, he said he would bring it later the day, still waiting to this day. Also, not a lot of cutlery for people staying for two days. 2 forks, 2 knives, no other cooking equipment that is really needed. It was a struggle.
