Honestly, there wasn’t much to like about this experience. If I had to mention something positive, it would be that the location was convenient, close to the airport, which was important for my travel plans. Also, the initial price shown on the Booking.com app seemed very affordable, which is why I chose this property in the first place.

There were several things I didn’t like about this experience. The main issues were the lack of price transparency in the Booking.com app, the hidden extra charges that were only clearly revealed after making the reservation—but which I overlooked because I trusted the “total price” shown by the Booking app—and the fact that I was forced to pay in cash without any prior notice. The host’s attitude was also very unprofessional and manipulative, especially when she tried to negotiate the early check-in fee in exchange for not leaving a bad review. Additionally, I did not like that she charged me for early check-in when she had never mentioned this fee, even after I specifically asked her for all the reservation details—she only told me to bring my ID and that was it. On top of that, the whole situation caused me a lot of stress and anxiety, and I felt unsafe during my stay. I sent an email with more details, including photos and videos as evidence of what I experienced with this host, to customer.service@booking.com and also copied the same message to the Booking.com Help Center.

I had my reservation but i was told it was fully booked. I notify Ms. Jo every time that we are on the way and where is our location and when we arrived she said it was fully book

The owner was so accomodating. My brother left his mobile and they really assist us.😊We really appreciate your hospitality.

I like that the air-conditioning is functioning well, since this is my most concern in my other booking.

there are no slippers, no bathroom soap, the frying pan is in bad shape, over used needs replacement. Contact person assigned keep on changing so we couldn't check-in fast and we are given 3 different contact person.
