Villa Sayang Sanur IV

Villa IV was very good and facility was excellent. It is set back from the main road and very quiet. All rooms had ensuites and the aircon worked a treat. Breakfast was good, although became reparative after 6 days and the last day we went out for breakfast

We had two and a half days of constant banging going on from over the fence and got to the point where we spoke to the front desk about being moved. We were told the Manger would be contacted. The banging finally stopped, but sadly we heard nothing from the Manager which doesn’t fill me with confidence if further problems were to arise

Great value for money, 6 adults and a child and had plenty of room. Great location!

Beautiful Villa with really good sized bedrooms. The downstairs communal area and kitchen was open to the pool area so it was great to enjoy with the family. The staff were all very friendly and helpful - breakfasts were really lovely too. It was handy having hot and cold filtered water in the Villa and the kitchen was adequately stocked with glasses, cutlery etc. Location wise it was fantastic - only a short walk to the Icon shopping center and beach. Lots of great places to stop for food and drinks along the main road too. Loved this place.

The local dogs and roosters waking us at 3-4am every single day, they just didn't stop for hours!!!!! Safety switch tripped a couple of times Inventory check on departure, no room for genuine accidents, everything at a cost Bedsheets were marked and not changed throughout our stay. Living area of villa flooded when rained, very slippery and dangerous. Various other areas of the villa also flooded. Workers cutting concrete without notifying guests, very dangerous to be breathing in the dust. Restaurant wasn't amazing but spoilt for choice locally

Location was good and the private pool was great. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Needs maintenance. Master bedroom - ensuite's bath didnt hold water and the shower head didnt work well. Bed was so hard that we had 2 very poor nights sleep. Included Breakfast was okay with the souffle pancakes being inconsistent and undercooked / raw. Fruit plates were good, but small. Outdoor only dining space was not ideal. Only 1 Key was provided to a 4 bedroom villa, which provided a few challenges when co-ordinating days out.
