Villa Sayang Sanur IV

Loved the pool. Close to everything that was needed, especially good eating venues. Staff very helpful and polite.

Washing machine in a very bad position to access. Shower heads are blocked and require changing or replacement.

Location was excellent, staff were amazing, pool very clean, water supplied, breakfast was great .. we were are a family with 2 under 4 yo, their parents and 2 grandparents and our villa worked very well.. configuration was v good .. oldies downstairs & the rest upstairs ..we were in villa#4.. thank you Sayang Sanur for a great stay 👏

Loved our stay here, perfect location to walk to the beach and all the local restaurants! Fantastic spot, hidden and private but still so accessible. Breakfast was included and yummy. We loved the common space and pool. Beds are large and comfortable. Filtered water bloop also was great! Staff are very friendly.

At least once a day our power tripped out and turned off. We think it was the heat, only had to flick a switch for it to come back on. So no issue really. Also, a rooster crows all day.. not just the morning, all day! But these are very small negatives. Over all the place is wonderful and we would love to stay again.

Included breakfast was pretty good. Took me a few days to realise they were happy to add avocado to my American breakfast ◡̈ Staff very friendly and helpful. Happy for us to leave our bags after checkout until we had to leave for the airport.

A little moldy in the cupboard under the kitchen sink which given the humidity isn’t surprising. I feel confident they would have cleaned it if we had asked. We didn’t need to use it as it was a big kitchen.

This is our second stay at Villa 4 Sayang Sanur . It is wonderful. We were there with our three adult children and their partners. It is big enough for us to not be on top of each other and yet we all felt very together in the main living area. It is close everything, you can walk everywhere but if you choose not to it’s only a $3.00 taxi anywhere you want to be. I highly recommend and I cannot wait to book again next year.

Staff, grounds, pool and amenities in Villa 4

Some of the bathroom towels and mats were a little thin and a bit discoloured.

The villa was in a great location for walking to restaurants, Artesedana, beach etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast had plenty of options and was on the whole tasty. The rooms were large as were the modern ensuite bathrooms. The downstairs living area is all open to the pool which worked very well. The pool itself is well maintained and larger than many others we've had in the past. The villa is serviced every day with fresh bath and pool towels too. It's a great place for up to 4 couples or a family.

The villa kitchen was not well equipped so it would be difficult to cook a meal but eating out is a big part of visiting Bali anyway.
