Facilities like the body wash and shampoo did not do the job properly.

Cleanliness, parking, staff.

I feel like we could have a later checkout. It’s 10am. Most places checkout 11am/12pm

Very clean and spacious. Free parking. Very quiet so good nights sleep

No bedding for sofa bed. I stayed with my adult daughter so we were going to sleep separately but was told we would need to pay extra £20 for extra bedding for sofa bed. I could have bought a duvet for £20! Wr shared the bed!

Tea, coffee, sugar available but no milk. I asked about milk at reception. I was told I could walk 10 minutes to the local Onestop. The whole place is a bit soulless, and miserable. Not worth the money. No breakfast available.
