Rua Mat Villas

Beautiful villa. Very modern. Extra little touches like the coloured lighting everywhere, canopy over the outdoors seating area and artificial grass around the sunbeds. Angelos the owner could not have done more. So attentive to the smallest requests. We were spoilt!

Just a couple of small things which can easily be rectified. Lack of storage for clothes in the bedrooms. Some drawers would help. Pool steps very sharp and pointed corners. Most of our party including my young kids cut their legs. Need to round off the edges or cover them with something. Other than that, we couldn't fault it

Very comfortable and spacious villa with outstanding facilities.

Leaving the lights to the pool and outside on all night attracted all sorts of insects that were in the pool the following morning which had to be cleared before entering the pool. Ideally the lights would go off or be on a manual switch.

The property is gorgeous, very luxurious and stylish. The garden area is where we spent most of our time and it was so fun to hang out by the pool and have the outdoor kitchen.

The property had an ant problem. Visible cracks near front door where they would come in from. Simple fix. Owner and maid did provide us with bug spray and cleaned them up daily.

Only negative was wifi was very hit and miss

Lots of space in all the rooms and the garden. Spotlessly clean and a lovely lady came in to clean each day too. Facilities were great. Kitchen was equipped with everything you could wish for. Complimentary wine, beer and soft drinks, along with fruit left for us on arrival, and a lovely set of gifts given to us on departure. Swimming pool was very good and there were lots of sun beds and seats in the garden. Very quiet location and close to the beach. The owner was especially helpful and made a special trip to the villa and spent a good deal of time to try to resolve an issue with the outdoor television. I recommend this villa in the strongest terms.

Nothing to dislike at all.

I’m not one to write a review but for this stay I decided to take time to help you know how we found the Villa. VERY IMPRESSED We saw previous reviews of slippery floor issues. Yes if have kids you need to be slightly careful by the pool but it was minor and we never had any issues with slipping. There ended up being 7 adults and 2x 18 month kids and the property felt extremely spacious. The sofa is Amazing!!! AC in every room and appreciated as temperature was mid 30s. Views in the garden were lovely and it’s at 10 min walk to one of our favourite beaches on the island. The owners made sure we were ok all the time and they clean the Villa every day which was a bonus. Honestly when I read reviews I wasn’t sure if it was going to be as good as it was and I recommend to all. We will definitely be staying again.

Nothing didn’t like. Just make sure to shut the main bathroom door when not in use as the drainage smell can be noticed. Took us a day to figure that one out but once shut it’s all good.

Everything was brilliant not far from town the hotel next to the villa nikos bar were very friendly and helpful.
