Good location, very helpful staff

No elevator, so going up to 4th floor, especially carrying luggage bags was a hassle. Blinds were broken and needed repairs

The room was on the 4th floor, and there was no elevator. So, we had to carry 5 big luggage all the way to the 4th floor as we were 5 people in our group. This was a terrible experience. There was no information about the room being on the 4th floor, and more importantly, they did not disclose that there was no elevator. This is not the end though; as we finally entered our room dragging 5 luggage to the 4th floor, we discovered that the second bedroom was only accessible through a spiral stair as it was a loft-style unit. We had two elderly people with us and this was terrible. As these weren't enough torture, we also found out that the bathroom door doesn't lock! That's right! The lock on the bathroom door did not work, so you can imagine how horrible it was sharing just one bathroom with 5 people when the door won't even lock. Overall, this was our worst experience with any hotel/accommodation by far.

It was clean and close to the Metro Station

This location is great, very close to metro station. Loved the climate control and having the kitchen and laundry. It was quiet and comfortable.

Great apartment near Catholic University. We stayed a week for our sons to have soccer camp at Catholic University. Apartment was about a mile away from the field so we were able to walk there each day. Very clean and comfortable. Internet is excellent- I was able to remote work without any issue. Short walk to subway and restaurants.

Big loft for my family of 4 to stay comfortably. Clean and secure.

Loft was on the 4th floor and no elevator. No parking.
