"Awful"

Never got the chance to walk through door no parking so I parked a few blocks up street then two men was asking me for money when I said I don’t have any I was pushed to the ground if it wasn’t for a passerby running them off I believe they would have beat me up

The neighbor look run down and poor very unkept

The apartment was very clean and a quiet building.

The location. Kind of far from popular places in northwest. And a bit of a confusing and long walk to the metro. Although it technically is doable. I wouldn't recommend walking back from the metro after dark.
