Location

The checkout time is 11:00 am and told them that I will do the checkout between 11:15 to 11:30 am and they refused because of cleaning for other guest but 30 minutes more does not make any difference and I was waiting for the taxi until 11:20 down and nobody came to clean the appartment as they said

The location was great, being in the old town, the local architecture and style of the apartment bloc was very pleasing to me aesthetically. The quality and spaciousness and cleanliness of the whole apartment was brilliant.

There was nothing I disliked.

Well located, easy walk to main attractions. Tastefully decorated, nice balcony. Good bed. We cooked there too

Impeccable design, meticulously maintained. Very proactive support.

Was on the 5th floor. The elevator stopped working and did not get repaired. The staff was very compassionate and thoughtful. They sent a box of nice chocolates and arranged a complimentary drop to the airport on checkout.
