"Can’t beat the location for Krakow."

This was the best apartment o stayed at in Poland - a few feet from the heart of old town, excellent wifi, cute balcony. Perfect for solo or couples.

Just a suggestion for us westerners obsessed with ice - maybe put a few ice trays in the freezer.

"Top Balcony Apartment"

Exceptionally clean, fully equipped apartment with nice kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine. Netflix included. Gorgeous balcony and top location. Easy check-in process and attentive staff via direct message. Very pleasant stay. We would definitely book again!

Could use bigger sleeping pillows due to gap between headboard and mattress. Heating and air conditioning controls could use some fixing. We couldn't get it to work properly.

"A home away from home in the heart of Old Town."

The property is a spacious studio apartment with a good sized terrace complete with outside furniture. There’s a kitchenette with complementary tea and coffee. We loved the decor and the plants, and that it was an easy 5 minute walk from the Old Town. We stayed for New Years and had a fab view of all the fireworks at midnight. The property was incredibly clean and the bed was comfortable also. We felt like we were at home instantly and the check in process was easy to manage. We would recommend this place to any couple or solo traveller wanting to experience the city from a comfortable and homely apartment. We would most definitely choose Tukan the next time we are in Krakow.

Nothing - the facilities were excellent.
