Tukan Old Town

Was almost perfect. The bed was super comfortable, the apartment was spotlessly clean, all the added extras like coffee and tea were hugely appreciated. Beautiful appliances and super close to old town just a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend.

We had such trouble with the heating we turned it off, which wasn't ideal in winter. Would have been easier for us to use AC, but unfortunately, the remotes get taken from apartments until summer. Clear instructions for heating would be great, especially for the southern hemisphere guests, as we don't have central heating.

The location was perfect! 5 minute walk across the park to the main square, local market a few streets away. We had breakfast delivered each morning which was a lovely touch. Hot showers in a clean bathroom. Extra loo roll in the drawers. Well equipped kitchen that had everything you would need to make a meal. We ate out most of the time but being able to make toast and have cups of tea was great! Too cold to really enjoy the balcony but had a swing about looking over the rooftops. Only 15 min to train and bus station if you wish to get elsewhere in Poland. We slept well, the mattress is firm which is perfect for us. Separate duvets and the pillows were comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Krakow stay.

The note in the bathroom to keep the towels clean was a bit strange. I assumed it meant getting something like mud or fake tan on them and staining the towels? I had to be extra cautious not to get anything on them or we would be charged.

The kitchen was perfect, the bathroom was comfortable.the room was smol, but cleverly designed, perfect for two people. I loved it, beutiful and comfy design

We had to figured out the heat, but that was easy.

Location was great, close to the old town and central station. The apartment had everything needed (except a working bottle opener). The staff was friendly.

A bit dark in the hallway to use the keys easily. The heater was a bit tricky to use.

Breakfast excellent and location perfect

No dish towel to dry the dishes but that’s a very minor point
