"Inconvenient, unsatisfactory, unsafe ."

Right on the ocean

1. **Non-Functional Television:** The television unit was found to be inoperable upon my check-in, a fact I reported the very next morning of my arrival. Despite my attempts at troubleshooting, including battery replacement and following your suggestion to unplug and replug the unit, it remained non-functional. I was informed that the property owner would be notified. My subsequent offer to purchase a replacement television and be reimbursed was unfortunately declined. As a result, I had been without a functional television for over a week, which is an unreasonable and significant inconvenience in a rental property of this nature. This extended period without a basic amenity is entirely unacceptable. 2. **Unaddressed Pest Control Concerns:** I have repeatedly raised concerns regarding pest issues within the unit. Each time, the comps said that the Homeowners Association (HOA) would be contacted to schedule pest control services. However, , no pest control personnel have visited the unit, nor have I received any notification of a scheduled visit or documentation confirming any service. It is standard practice to inform tenants of scheduled maintenance, and the complete lack of follow-through suggests that no action has been taken, leaving the issue unresolved. 3. **Persistent and Severe Plumbing Obstruction:** I endured several days of significant inconvenience due to a severely clogged toilet. While the issue was eventually resolved on March 1st at 9:10 PM, the maintenance technician explicitly confirmed that the obstruction was caused by a pre-existing plumbing issue, evidenced by the removal of a substantial black rubber material from the pipe. Furthermore, the presence of two plungers in the bathroom upon my arrival strongly suggests prior knowledge of recurring plumbing problems within the unit, yet this fundamental issue was not addressed prior to my tenancy. 4.

"Our stay for the most part was pleasant"

Granted the room that we originally booked with was unavailable and we were able to switch to a different hotel for our stay and with our other hotel our view of the ocean front was phenomenal and our room was very clean. The night guard Mr dan was very helpful and fantastic when questions were asked and was able to help us when we needed help during our whole stay.

There were issues with the plumbing and swage.dryers not working. there were issues with parking because vehicles weren't safe in the parking garage because cars were getting broken too the amenities that we were told that we're going to be available for us to use we're not available at all. We were told that there was Wi-Fi and was giving the Wi-Fi password and signage and the whole 2 weeks we were there it was not available at all.

It was rundown very unclean no pools working and nothing was disclosed that anything was gonna be working blood on the sheets the room was not clean. The toilet was very wobbly and moving. There was no one to talk to to help in any situation that was there on the property at all and parking really sucked.

It was ok. The main thing I wanted was to get in a pool. No Pool was open.

It’s a little ran down but a lot of the hotels in Myrtle Beach needs to be updated. The room was ok.

The room and location was where the ad stated and the view was ocean front on the 9th floor. With keys lock in-out, with a kitchenette.

The host ad of Booking .com stated the room had parking. However, at arrive was told from the front desk that no parking unless a payment of twenty dollars a night was made before checking-in. we did call Julie the host. She say we could park on the street. In the summer in Myrle Beach that is not possible.!! Also after making payment with booking she sent us a contract with we had to pay a deposit of $150.00. That also was not in the ad. Not signing up them again.

Using Bigfish. Constant run around after being lied to, being hung up on. Big staff is trained to give customers the runaround. Hoping that they will forgot about there disappointment. False advertising pool was advertised but no pool access. When I call to complain I was told they are in the middle of talking about it. It had been 4day. Noone has returned my call to reimburse me something. I would have never booked an hotel room. In the summer at Myrtle beach with no access to the pool. When trying to cancel the booking after learning about the no pool access I was told it was no refundable so I was stuck.

Not much

Ice machine didn't work said vending machines were on the 6th never could find them. Only 1 elevator worked. Had a thunderstorm while I was there so the entrance to parking deck was flooded. So I had to walk threw least 5 inches of water
