staff friendly and the problem in room so fast settle

the master card no Access

The hotel room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also clean, the shower and toilet worked well. The bed was clean and comfortable. Towel was provided. The staff was friendly and helpful. Early morning check out was also possible without any extra changes.

There was a mixup with room key card and room numbers. But the staff handled it quickly. The TV was under maintenance. The soaps that were provided were very limited.

the room in original building is quite big, but the twin room (standard) is at the extension building (shop lot) outside the original one and has NO WIFI. (was not informed in booking page) i need to upgrade to deluxe twin for WIFI

very old & smelly, unmaintained building. dirty towels. curtains are dirty and torn. booked through the booking.com app as it shown there that i can checked in early at 1pm but turns out a lie. need to wait for 1 hour in my car for the room to be ready. poor communication and attitude shown by receptionists (everything was handled by Indonesians). it doesnt feel like im staying in Malaysia.

My room cannot lock. Cannot change my room. Check in delay because only have 1 staff. Cleaning so bad.. toilet bowl so bad. Bed have hair of others customers.
